These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the SMM Panel ("Service") provided by SMMRELIABLE LLC,(Company). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Service.

Account Creation

2.1 To access and use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

Service Description

3.1 The SMM Panel provides social media marketing services, including but not limited to followers, likes, comments, and views, on various social media platforms.

3.2 The delivery timeframes for the services may vary depending on the nature of the service and the platform. We will make every effort to deliver the services within the specified timeframe but cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

No Refund Policy

4.1 Due to the nature of the digital services provided, we have a strict no-refund policy. Once a service is ordered and delivered, no refunds will be provided.3.1 The SMM Panel provides social media marketing services, including but not limited to followers, likes, comments, and views, on various social media platforms.

4.2 You acknowledge that the services provided are intangible and are delivered instantly or within a short period of time. Therefore, they are exempt from any refund eligibility.

4.3 It is your responsibility to carefully review and select the services before making a purchase. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the results, changes in social media algorithms, or any other reasons.

4.4 If any order is marked as completed you should inform within 24-48 of time. Then only we can give refund or any solutions.

Prohibited Activities

5.1 You agree not to engage in any activities that may violate applicable laws, regulations, or the terms of service of the social media platforms.

5.2 You shall not use the Service to promote or engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or distributing malicious software..

Intellectual Property

6.1 The Service and all its contents, including but not limited to the website, software, logos, and designs, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You shall not reproduce, modify, or distribute any copyrighted material without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Modification of Terms

8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Brazil, Egypt, UK. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Your Jurisdiction.

This is a multivendor platform which resell services from different providers. we sell services at certain % of profit. we dont have any relation with account creating of social media platforms. we resell only. And this is a platform which displays services from providers. We recieve payments for providers. We act as a mediater for serving better. we dont disclose any of our provider details due to security reasons. we import services from our providers only we only the authority of domain and code of front end design. We operated through Multivendor platform called perfect panel.They facitate clients to order services properly

our provider will provide us an API key. all your links and orders send to the proivider and there your orders performing.we dont have any influence in performing. cancel button may not be work 100% Accuracy

As Mulitvendor platform we recive payments behalf of our providers and solve the issues faced by the clients under certain conditions.We guarantee none of your personal information collected by us like email,whatsapp number etc wont be shared with our providers

Service conditions

SMMRELIABLE will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.

We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

You will not upload anything to the SMMRELIABLE site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.

We don't guarantee that your followers, views, or anything you order from the website will stay for a lifetime.

The guarantee is for services not for followers, views, or likes. we refill if drops

We guarantee for order not for profile. Refill is for order not for your profile

We guarantee the followers for a particular time if it's dropped from End count [start+Quantity you ordered]we refill under certain conditions. And the conditions are as follows

1. a] We don't refill if your quantity is less than 10% of the order

1b] If the profile includes username change

1c] If the profile includes other provider followers

9. We don't create any accounts for any platforms. we are not providers we are resellers from direct providers

Its client responsiblity to keep all order id carefully associated to same link. we cant take order if you have multiple order id . at the time of refill you sholud submit all the refills possible

SMMRELIABLE DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantee for delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders, however, these are estimates. We will not be held responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews or you being banned for late delivery. If you are selling on a website that requires time-sensitive results

Please make sure not to change the accounts associated with the link placed from public to private as your order is already running in background. No refunds or cancellations will be given for such scenarios.

Refund Policy

We allow 7 Days' Refunds for the following Conditions.

1) Order Marked completed without done. Full Refund

2) If the Order is Not started within 5 days, a Full Refund.

3) We Provide partial Refunds for all Refill services as per Refill conditions.

4) 1st step refund Your Account Balance, If you need a gateway refund, Contact us.5% withdrawal fee is applicable, and an account closing request

5) Rate changes may happen when an update comes. We cant guarantee we will serve service at the same rate all the time.

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. For a Refund contact our support.

If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we deliver to your or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media accounts. We report respective social media support for breaking their guidelines. This shall remove your account from social media.

Orders placed in SMMRELIABLE will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your SMMRELIABLE account if the order is non-deliverable.

Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders. Please keep attention!

Our most of services start instantly except a few services that take 24-48 hrs to deliver. If you do not receive your service in time, please contact support to fix the issue. We are online 18 hours per day to provide you with support

Our company highly values your privacy. We follow a policy of confidentiality to tell you how we collect and use information about you and what we do to keep this information confidential.

In SMMRELIABLE we do not share confidential information that you have provided to us. Also, we never share this information with third parties, including your orders.Only to the law of governing bodies if needed.

We don’t communicate and contact the owners of Links you ordered

We do not disclose information about your resale - all information remains with us.

We will directly suspend your account without any further notice. Accepting funds from your client and adding that here is not the right way.
